Shipping policy

All standard door-to-door courier deliveries are mostly made through the Courier Guy.

Shipping cost is based on weight and location. Just add products to your cart to see the shipping price.

Delays: There may be some delays with getting your order to you due to packaging, raw materials or busy in-season times.

Please note: We will try get all orders out and shipped within 2-3 workdays. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will take 2-3 days from the next workday. Our courier does not operate on weekends and public holidays and neither do we.

Can I collect my package?
We are an online only store and not set up for collections. 

Where is my package coming from? 
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Benoni.

Where do you ship orders to? 
Orders can be sent to any address in South Africa. We do not offer overseas shipping at the moment.
