Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bodycraftbath.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
- Email us on sales@bodycraftbath.com along with your order number and let us know what the problem is! Please include photos of the faulty or damaged item.
- We will reply and let you know how to go about returning the item to us (if necessary). You will need to arrange for the item to be sent back to us via courier - we recommend using Postnet's branch-to-branch delivery service. The cost of returning the item will initially be for your account, but we will refund this cost (up to R99) once we receive the parcel.
- Once we receive the item, we'll examine it and process your refund (including the cost of shipping the item back to us, up to R99). The refund will be processed via EFT using the banking details you provide. Alternatively, if you prefer and depending on stock availability, we will send you a replacement item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Yes you can exchange your goods. However, as we are a small business, we simply cannot absorb the courier cost if you want to exchange something. The cost of returning the item to us and the cost of getting you the new item will be for your account.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
